Each one of our delicious Belgian chocolates is handmade in our chocolate kitchen in Inverness. We do not use preservatives so all of our chocolate has a shelf life of 3 months (it never lasts that long in my house!).
We use the best quality Belgian Couverture Chocolate: White - 29% Cocoa solids. Milk - 33% Cocoa solids. Dark - 55% Cocoa solids.
Our chocolates are produced in an area where nuts are present so may contain traces of nuts. Please advise if you have any allergies or intolerances and we will do our best to assist with your order. Please also advise if you have any preferences and we will be only too happy to help.
