General
Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us. If you need to change your order or made an error just let us know as soon as you can and if we haven’t made and posted your order we can change it.

Delivery area
Orders are delivered worldwide. Deliveries are not made to PO Box numbers. Please remember that chocolate melts in hot mailboxes, we package our deliveries simply and with minimal insulation, so if your mailbox is outside (and especially if it’s metal!) make sure there is someone to check it if the weather is hot!

Guarantee
Your satisfaction with The Chocolate Place products is guaranteed within the expiration date provided with your items. We would love to hear from you, if you are unsatisfied please return all/part of your purchase in its original package and get in touch and we will refund or replace your purchase!

Proprietary rights
Goods will remain the property of The Chocolate Place until payment has been made in full.

It goes without saying that any data required by us for order processing purposes will be treated as strictly confidential.
