Delivery & Returns

To ensure that your chocolates arrive in the best possible condition, delivery is made by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Please contact us if you require a delivery by a certain date and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Our selections are made freshly to order so please allow time for them to be made before posting. If you live outwith the UK please contact us regarding delivery.

Orders are delivered worldwide. Deliveries are not made to PO Box numbers. Please remember that chocolate melts in hot mailboxes, we package our deliveries simply and with minimal insulation, so if your mailbox is outside (and especially if it’s metal!) make sure there is someone to check it if the weather is hot!
